I brought this for a day at the races. The individual beads feel heavy when lifting the dress by hand however when the dress is on your body, it’s pretty light and the weight evenly distributed so it doesn’t bother you. The plush velvet ensures a comfortable stay in this dress and the nude mesh adds that extra level of security. The feathers around the wrists were thick & non-shedding. Only preference fail was that I prefer a 3/4 sleeve so had to pull them up a little & that was a bit difficult. I absolutely adore this dress & would wear again.
